ABSTRACT
Metal additive manufacturing (MAM) technology has great application potential in the aerospace, medical and energy fields with its high material utilization efficiency to achieve of metal parts any shape. However, extreme thermal, mechanical, metallurgical coupling MAM process leads large residual stresses manufactured samples. Residual stress a significant effect on dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, crack growth resistance mechanical properties As result, can be regarded as key factor controlling costs, enhancing product quality. To help researchers engineers attain up-to-date information knowledge about MAM, current paper provides comprehensive review this field, especially formation mechanisms, influence parameters, prediction control methods.
