ABSTRACT
EVC has proven to be an effective means of machining difficult-to-process materials. QVASC inherits EVC's intermittent cutting and friction reversal advantages, eliminating residues improving quality. In order deeply understand the mechanism QVASC, it is necessary heat generation tool surface temperature distribution in process QVASC. this paper, kinematic frictional characteristics are analyzed, transfer model established, prediction considering proposed. According whether there convection shear stress between environment, flow front divided into four regions, flux calculated respectively. On basis, solved by using balance equation form partial differential equation. Finally, a systematic comparison experiment was carried out, effects depth, speed, swing frequency, amplitude on were studied single factor method. The results show that average 10 % lower than OC, which verifies advantage reducing temperature. Under different frequency amplitude, change trend theoretical experimental same, error them 9 %, 8 respectively, within acceptable range, proving validity model. This research contributes deep understanding effectively determines optimal parameters.
