ABSTRACT
Due to the frequent occurrence of multi-hazard disasters worldwide in recent years, effective scenario analysis is imperative for disaster rescue and emergency management. The response procedure different single hazards were investigated formulated before. However, investigations rarely systematically address entire development process multi-hazards, including coupling mechanisms, evolution dynamics, assessment response. To this end, paper presents our methodology that integrates experiment–simulation–field data, focusing on three dimensions consisting coupling, structures systems, newly proposed method mainly comprises aspects: experiments simulations, field investigation, Specifically, order study large-scale, high-intensity effects, we carried out reduced-scale measurement develop experimental similarity theory prototype simulations multi-hazards. In addition, a variety survey equipment, such as robots, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) technologies utilized acquire real-time data field. Furthermore, also examine mechanism framework scenarios formulate detailed procedures management They are incorporated with experiments, models construct new platform. was applied case coupled wind snow verify its effectiveness. contributes relief, decision-making improve urban resilience.
