ABSTRACT
The PulseRider (Cerenovus, Johnson & Medical Devices, New Brunswick, NJ, USA) is a neck reconstruction device that used for the treatment of unruptured wide-necked bifurcation aneurysms. Herein, we describe case 51-year-old male patient with basilar apex aneurysm who was treated but had post-procedural brainstem infarctions caused by one proximal markers covering origin perforator. In such cases, repositioning should be performed to avoid infarctions.
