ABSTRACT
Objectives Health economic (HE) models are often considered as "black boxes" because they not publicly available and lack transparency, which prevents independent scrutiny of HE models. Additionally, validation efforts status systematically reported. Methods to validate in absence their full underlying code therefore urgently needed improve health policy making. This study aimed develop test a generic dashboard explore the workings model parameters outcomes. The Probabilistic Analysis Check dashBOARD (PACBOARD) was developed using insights from literature, economists, data scientist.Functionalities PACBOARD 1) exploring validating outcomes standardised tests interactive plots, 2) visualising investigating relationship between metamodelling, 3) predicting fitted metamodel. To PACBOARD, two mock were errors introduced these models, e.g. negative costs inputs, utility values exceeding 1. metamodelling predictions incremental net monetary benefit validated against original model's Results automatically identified all erroneous Metamodel accurate compared Conclusions is unique aiming at improving feasibility transparency allows users working based on models'
