ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to explore the potential biological role and prognostic significance chromatin regulators (CRs) in low-grade gliomas (LGGs).CRs were obtained from FACER database. Transcription profiles LGG patients collected TCGA CGGA databases. Differentially expressed CRs (DECRs) between LGGs normal controls identified using DESeq2. consensus clustering algorithm was employed distinguish subtypes based on prognosis-related DECRs. differences clinical molecular characteristics different explored. R packages, GSVA, ssGSEA, ESTIMATE utilized elucidate tumor microenvironment activated pathways subtypes. Subsequently, a CRs-related signature developed LASSO Cox regression. Its performance evaluated by Kaplan-Meier curve ROC analyses. In vitro experiments performed function JADE3 LGGs, which predominantly glioma cells. We 43 DECRs two LGGs. subtype characterized shorter survival displayed significant enrichment for associated with DNA damage response repair, along heightened immune cell infiltration. Furthermore, CRs-based exhibited excellent both Knockdown significantly increased invasion, migration, proliferation abilities Hs683.Our reveals aberrant expression value It emphasizes regulatory repair could be possible therapeutic target
