ABSTRACT
This study evaluated the capacity of Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella Typhimurium to form pure mixed biofilms on polypropylene surface analyzed expression genes related biofilm formation within 24 h 120 h. The planktonic sessile growth L. S. were incubation temperature. There was no statistical difference between total population not only in biofilms, but also at 12 °C 37 °C. Pure able maintain viable cells for 3000 10 with counts greater than when incubated h, a increase biofilms. Regarding both conditions °C, we find prfA, agrB, agrC agrD genes. Concerning found agfA, adrA csgD all situations evaluated, except article documents ability suggests that these two microorganisms may act synergistically.
