ABSTRACT
Vibrio are ubiquitous in the marine environment, and some of them pathogenic to organisms humans. Due complexity sensitivity traditional phenotypic biochemical tests, there is currently no method that could distinguish on market. Therefore, this study developed new primers based gyrB gene identify Vibrio. We designed 7 pairs PCR (DP1-DP7) pre-selected using standard strains The results showed efficiency DP1 (VF1:5′-AARCARGGNCGTAACCGTAA-3′, VR1: 5′-HGGGTADCGRCGRCTCAT-3′) was better. After that, 15 Vibrio, 4 non-Vibrio 48 were used evaluate specificity DP1. Through agarose gel electrophoresis sequencing analysis amplified products. sequence consistency primer amplification product ≥99%, which consistent with target strain. This proved be as a universal for providing technical support rapid screening identification
