ABSTRACT
Sepsis is a serious life-threatening disease. Bacterial infection one of the main causes sepsis. Although etiopathogenesis gradually understood, treatment still scarce. Mortality caused by sepsis challenge. Herein, macrophage membrane coated antimicrobial peptide nanoparticles (M−AMPNP) was explored based on specific binding bacterial recognition receptors to bacteria. M−AMPNP used treat infection. In vivo results showed that effectively delivered and retained at site intravenous injection, which reduced level inflammatory factors ultimately gave infected mice significant survival advantage. provides potential strategy for targeted therapy
