ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to evaluate the anticancer and antioxidant effect Silver nanoparticles synthesized from extract Cyphostemma auriculatum Roxb. absorption peak with highest intensity determined at a wavelength 409 nm employing UV–visible spectrophotometry. In accordance FTIR spectrum, Roxb relies significantly on proteins for its stability. crystalline structure CA-AgNPs is characterised by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) peaks 2 theta values 37.81, 45.93, 64.36, 77.25, which correlate lattice planes (1 1 1), (2 0 0), (3 1) face-centric cubic structure.Transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis indicates about have orbicular in shape, are uniformly dispersed, possess monoclinic crystal structure; their average surface diameter 15 nm. feature rough as seen using scanning (SEM).The cytotoxicity biogenic silver derived plant (CA-AgNPs) work 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) test.The results were positive. Various concentration (µg) 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 100 µg/mL showed % viabilities 98, 88, 80, 72, 49 33% respectively IC50 value 70.40 µg/mL. 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 2,2′-Azinobis [3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid] (ABTS) tests used scavenging activity these AgNPs. At µg/mL, maximum tested, 95% DPPH scavenging% 98.5 ABTS observed. These AgNPs' capabilities found be effective. formula derive 55.66 activity. AgNPs 25.77 tested (100 g/mL). This suggests that Roxb.-mediated show promise clinically effective agent virtue ability lower oxidative stress cancer patients.
