ABSTRACT
Dynamic brain monitoring can mitigate traumatic injury (TBI) deterioration and enable precise treatment. Despite many studies on systems for neuroscience applications, current technologies are limited in providing a continuous real-time readout of multiple biomarkers simultaneously because sensor performance signal interference. Regression modeling, being subfield machine-learning (ML) algorithm, offers great advantages enhancement prediction. However, ML-integrated optical fiber sensors have been rarely reported. Here, multiplexed regulated by regression algorithms is developed the dynamic pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, glucose levels. The proposed has demonstrated excellent sensing abilities perform TBI stages ex vivo models. results indicate capability physiology reflection, suggesting promising prospect clinical applications.
