ABSTRACT
Ovarian cancer is a gynecological tumor with extremely high mortality and poor prognosis. Exosomes derived from cells contain abundant proteins that may influence metastasis. The purpose of our study was to explore the proteomic profile serum exosomes epithelial ovarian (EOC) patients find potential diagnostic markers for EOC. We obtained purified using ultracentrifugation. Migration assay used evaluate effects on migration EOC cells. Proteomic analyzed by liquid chromatogram-tandem mass spectrometry. levels low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1 (LRP1) in were determined enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Western blot Immunohistochemistry determine level LRP1 tissues. Moreover, we performed small-interfering RNA-mediated knockdown obtain SI-LRP1-Exos SI-NC-Exos. detailed mechanisms which exosomal affected vitro vivo also explored. found contributed significantly upregulated compared healthy volunteers, consistent result regulated expression MMP2 MMP9 through ERK signaling pathway vivo. Therefore, propose contributes act as an important prognostic biomarker
