ABSTRACT
Brucella is a Gram-negative and facultative intracellular organism that causes brucellosis, common zoonotic disease. Over 500,000 people are annually affected by brucellosis. highly infectious through inhalation route; for this reason it used biological warfare aims. This study aimed to the serum bactericidal splenic activity of Total-OMP-r CagA immunogens from abortus Helicobacter pylori in BALB/c mouse model.Immunization mice was performed with immunogenic proteins three times subcutaneously (S.C.) at 14-day intervals. The protective effects two component vaccines CpG adjuvant were evaluated after challenged H. ss1 strain 544. specific IgG1 IgG2a antibodies sera assessed using ELISA test. For measuring antigen-specific IL-4, IL-12 IFN-γ responses immunized challenge, RT-PCR technique applied. Twenty days killed then gastric, samples bacterial colony count measured based on pour plate agar. The results indicated rCagA + OMP decreased colonization these tissues, significant difference observed between test control groups (p value˂0.001).Our showed combination vaccine effective against an oral exposure burden spleen, gastric tissues reduced Total- OMP-CagA.
