ABSTRACT
Staphylococci are responsible for many infections in humans, starting with skin and soft tissue finishing invasive diseases such as endocarditis, sepsis pneumonia, which lead to high mortality. Patients often demonstrate activated clotting pathways, decreased levels of anticoagulants, fibrinolysis, endothelial surfaces platelets. This results disseminated intravascular coagulation formation a microthrombus, can multiorgan failure. review describes various staphylococcal virulence factors that contribute vascular thrombosis, including deep vein thrombosis infected patients. The article presents mechanisms action different released by bacteria host defense lines, turn blood clots the vessels.
