ABSTRACT
Soybean is one of the most important crops in world and its production needs to be significantly increased meet escalating global demand. Elucidating genetic regulatory networks underlying soybean organ development critical for breeding elite resilient varieties ensure an increase under changing climates. Integrated transcriptomic atlas that leverages multiple types data can facilitate characterization temporal-spatial expression patterns development-related genes thereby help understand developmental processes. Here, we constructed a comprehensive integrated soybean, integrating bulk RNA-seq dataset from 314 samples across life cycle, along with snRNA-seq Stereo-seq datasets five organs: root, nodule, shoot apical, leaf stem. Taking investigations related specificity, blade nodule formation as examples, show has robust power exploring key involved formation. In addition, built user-friendly panoramic database atlas, facilitating easy access queries, which will serve valuable resource advance future functional studies.
