Baseline total DHQ positively associated subsequent change physical-QoL review, such that participants top two quartiles had 0.65 0.64 higher per year, though similar association mental-QoL did not persist on adjustment. meat consumption 0.38 lower while dairy 0.50 0.41 respectively. These results suggest efforts improve intake could be beneficial plwMS.
