ABSTRACT
Immunotherapy as a milestone in cancer treatment has made great strides the past decade, but it is still limited by low immune response rates and immune-related adverse events. Utilizing bioeffects of ultrasound to enhance tumor immunotherapy attracted more attention, including sonothermal, sonomechanical, sonodynamic sonopiezoelectric immunotherapy. Moreover, emergence nanomaterials further improved efficacy mediated However, most summaries this field are about single aspect biological effects ultrasound, which not comprehensive complete currently. This review proposes recent progress augmented The concept application initially introduced. Then, according different representative paradigms nanomaterial sono-immunotherapy described, their mechanisms discussed. Finally, challenges prospects discussed depth, hoping pave way for promote clinical translation through reasonable combination ultrasonic bioeffects.
