ABSTRACT
Deep brain stimulation (DBS) targeting the globus pallidus internus (GPi) and subthalamic nucleus (STN) is employed for treatment of dystonia. Pallidal low-frequency oscillations have been proposed as a pathophysiological marker However, role STN-GPi coupling in relation to dystonia remains unclear.
