ABSTRACT
Giant cell tumors (GCTs) of the bone are locally aggressive primary with a benign character. Spinal involvement is rare which accounts for approximately 5% all and it quite in lumbar spine. An 11-year-old boy patient presented pain low back bilateral extremities. Lumbar CT MRI revealed lytic lesion L4 vertebra corpus. The earned remarkable timely recovery 2 surgical interventions use denosumab. Surgical resection GCTs still preferable as initial treatment, denosumab should be utilized after tumor whether based on purpose prevention or treatment recurrence.
