ABSTRACT
We aimed to establish reference intervals for water-soluble vitamins determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry improve the diagnosis of vitamin deficiency and outcomes associated conditions. In this retrospective analysis 24 810 specimens, we examine sex-, age-, season-related variations in levels different groups, set reference-value levels, evaluate these values against those recommended manufacturers.Levels B3, B5, B6, B7, B12 were higher, B2, B9, C lower, men than women. There seasonal B1, B12, C. Levels differed across age groups; B1 displayed significant differences between ages 0 14 years adults compared with change values. The lower limits (ages 15-100 y), that B5 was Finally, upper B7 values. For obtained using spectrometry, should be lowered, raised, lowered.
