This scoping review synthesizes 51 recent scientific articles on interlinkages, with findings can help decision-makers address this challenge. We identify recurring patterns of SDG SDGs promote other (e.g., 4, 6, 17) those at risk due negative impacts from progress in areas 14 15). Such inform national local implementation. Further research needed clarify systemic roles some 10–12), understand causal relationships, assess policy options. make six recommendations science interlinkages knowledge accessible systematically use knowledge.
