The clinical experience of surgical treating 9 cases of gastrinoma

ABSTRACT

The methylation level of the methylation site-1 and site-2 of IL-10 gene reduced (P 0.05), and IL-10 immunohistochemical score in the acini and the interstitial tissue of the pancreas was higher than in A group (P<0.05). The histological score of the pancreas in R group was lower than in A group(P<0.05).The DNA methylation level of IL-1a gene reduced, and the DNA methylation level of IL-10 gene increased for a 8-week history of alcohol exposure. In pancreatic tissue, IL-1a protein expression increased, and IL-10 protein expression decreased. The cooked rhuarb can reduce the influence of alcohol exposure to regulate the inflammatory response. Finally:1Themethylation level of the methylation site-1 of IL-1a gene reduced for a 8-week history of alcohol exposure, and the methylation level of the methylation site-1 of IL-10 gene increased. The methylation level of the methylation site-1of IL-10 gene reduced for 5week history of cooked rhubarb-fed, and IL-10 immunohistochemical score in the acini and the interstitial tissue of the pancreas increased The histological score of the pancreas reduced. Cooked rhuarb regulate inflammatory cytokine expression in AP to reduce inflammatory injury by affecting the methylation level. Conclusion: IL-1a DNA hypomethylation and IL-10 DNA hypermethylation induced by alcohol induced the imbalances of the pro-inflammatory/anti-inflammatory response of pancreas. Cooked rhubarbmay reduce the expression of IL-1a and increase the expression of IL-10 to restore the balance of pro-inflammatory/anti-inflammatory response by increasing the methylation level of IL-1a gene and reducing the methylation level of IL-10 gene.
