ABSTRACT
Soil corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement are the main factors of pipeline failure. The gas escapes, diffuses accumulates in soil enters atmosphere when leak occurs. mechanism diffusion buried pipelines is very complicated. Mastering evolution law leakage conducive to quickly locating point reducing loss. model underground established this paper. effect hole, type, pressure, diameter on were investigated. results show that leaks, concentration increases with increase time, showing a symmetrical distribution trend. With pressure increase, speed accelerated, longitudinal gradually becomes dominant direction. increases, per unit time sharply. Hydrogen more easily sandy soil, its speed, concentration, range higher than clay soil. research content provides reference basis for detection evaluation leakage.
