Abstract On the base of nature Shapely Value, construction Value in cooperative game is analyzed this paper, and it concluded that made up two parts, one part depends on individual itself, other state alliance. Then used to discuss enterprise alliance rent put forward, finally some interesting conclusions are presented paper.
