ABSTRACT
Salvia hispanica L. (Chia) seed improves liver marker enzymes, lipid profile and antioxidant enzyme activity. The aim of the research work was to evaluate hepatic enzymes activity chia supplementation in high fat diet fed mice. Liver profile, oxidative stress, activity, histology were evaluated for Here, ALT, AST, ALP done test. Cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, LDL measured profiles. MDA, NO, AOPP, MPO stress Catalase SOD performed measuring Hematoxylin eosin Prussian blue staining purposes. In mice significantly reduced by seed. Lipid profiles like cholesterol, concentration declined HDL increased High markers such as which decreased Antioxidant also improved According this study, can reduce fibrosis, hyperlipidemia, improve a high-fat diet.
