ABSTRACT
We present a model for calculating charged-lepton mixing matrices. These matrices are an essential ingredient predicting lepton flavor-violating rates in the number nonuniversal models recently proposed to explain anomalies B-meson decays. The is based on work "constrained flavor breaking" by Appelquist, Bai and Piai relating mass matrix, M_l, those up down-type quarks, M_{u,d}. use our recent of nonuniversality illustrate magnitudes B-decay that might be expected. Decays with mu tau final states generally have highest far.
