ABSTRACT
Although workplace violence is prevalent in the healthcare system, relationship between violence, job satisfaction, and burnout among workers (HCWs) mobile cabin hospitals China during COVID-19 pandemic has not yet been investigated. This study analyzes mediating effects of perceived stress work environment burnout. A cross-sectional was conducted December 2022 on 1,199 frontline HCWs working Chongqing, China, pandemic.
