ABSTRACT
Developing a unified theory to describe granular matter, which can behave like either solid or fluid, is one of the grand challenges in modern science. This mainly because current theories, rooted different origins, interpret matter from disparate perspectives and are hard merge. In this work, we demonstrate that it possible generate such generic by bridging elastoplastic solids with rheological law flow. The proposed mathematical model well explain avalanching behaviours occurring solid-fluid phase transition, other related concepts as interparticle interlocking, dilatancy, hysteresis, scaling law, flow regimes describing matter. Its applicability tested variety systems where solid- fluid-like states coexist. work therefore offers simple but general way.
