ABSTRACT
In Paper and Pulp (P&P) industry resource management scenarios, such as processing cell(s) efficiency reduction, equipment break-down or failures, alternative energy source (biomass solar energy) utilization/ synchronization with regular sources decided change in production rate product quality often occur industrial processes causing material flow disruption, losses. immediate appropriate actions are required to be taken minimize Emerging options tackle these issues through four different ways i.e., by mixing of readymade pulp at various stages, varying the percentage input raw material, adopting a parallel utilization switching on/off some units working segments. These implementable effect, accurately monitorable their degree application can regulated within wide range, thus denoted adaptive solutions. This research work proposes discrete-event simulation based real-time technique for paper industry, wherein challenges addressed solved strategically The presented examples validate that using developed approach, effective strategy timely planned resolve occasionally permanently happening ensuring an un-interrupted throughout plant along minimization productivity
