ABSTRACT
The Tile Assembly Model, and its many variants, is one of the most fundamental algorithmic assembly formalism within DNA nanotechnology. Most research in this field focused on complexity assembling different shapes patterns. In cases, process intrinsically deterministic final product unique, while might evolve through several possible strategies. study we consider controlled dimensional tile structures according to predefined graphs. We provide approaches for developing such protocols, using signal-passing as well probabilistic investigating tile-based one-dimensional structures. As a byproduct, build generalized TAS (tile system) which generate specific non-local non-associative algebraic computations assamble n × squares only tile, better efficiency compared staged model.
