A Data Acquisition and Consolidation System based on openEHR applied to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Shoulder pathologies are prevalent and reduce the quality of life. Due to shoulder joint's complexity, healthcare professionals face challenges evaluate, diagnose, treat these pathologies. On other hand, acquisition, presentation, analysis patient data in is complex hindered by absence standardization interoperability Database Management Systems. Hence, this study, we propose a web platform based on openEHR structures that incorporates user interface forms for registering physical examinations. The benefits implementing approach include structured standardized collection, better communication information exchange between different systems.
