ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to investigate which between the entropy and resilience indices represents a better indirect measure reliability in framework water distribution network design. methodology adopted consisted (a) multi-objective optimizations performed order minimize costs maximize reliability, expressed by means one at time; (b) retrospective performance assessment solutions Pareto fronts obtained. Two case studies different topological complexity were considered. Results showed that based on energetic concepts (resilience modified resilience) represent compact estimate than entropy.
