ABSTRACT
Carbon black particles are stabilized into the macro-structured clustered composite form by using natural rubber latex, polyvinyl alcohol, and others additives. Newly developed carbon clusters applied on various types of woven fabric knife-over-roll coating technique to develop conductive cotton fabric. The surface morphology coated fabrics is characterized FESEM AFM. morphological study confirmed presence nature electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMISE2) assessed vector network analyzer. scattering parameters two antenna analyzer used calculate EMISE all fabrics. effect structure studied for highest taking plain, twill satin designed Moreover, such as a real density, thread thickness base systematically varied achieve optimal EMISE. has performed better shield (22 dB) among three basic weaves in investigation. maximum reflected portion observed when proportionally increased with increases areal thickness.
