ABSTRACT
In this study, the effects of 3 graded dietary levels (0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.4%) naringin were studied in Three-Yellow breeder hens during late laying period (55-62 wk). A total 480 (54-wk-old) randomly divided into 4 groups (6 replicates 20 hens): basal diet group (C), diets supplemented with 0.1%, 0.4% (N1, N2, N3), respectively. Results showed that supplementation for 8 wk increased rate egg mass, enhanced yolk color, decreased feed ratio (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, compared C group, there more preovulatory follicles higher ovarian index as well an somatic cell proliferation N2 N3 With 0.2% naringin, glutathione concentration, activity catalase superoxide dismutase, antioxidant capacity tissues serum 0.05), while contents malondialdehyde hydrogen peroxide Moreover, to transcription genes from conclusion, both could improve rate, period.
