ABSTRACT
The main objective of this study was to explore the effects broiler embryonic injection Lactobacillus Plantarum on growth performance, lipid metabolism serum and liver, microbial diversity, short-chain fatty acids intestines after hatching. On d 14 incubation, 720 eggs Arbor Acres were randomly divided into 4 experimental groups: no treatment control (C), Treatments injected with stroke-physiological saline solution (S), Supernatant MRS medium culture lactobacillus (Q) spp. (J). Hatch rate for each replicate counted at 1 age. After hatching, group six replicates 10 broilers, chicken from groups C, Q J reared until production performance three chicks days recorded statistically analyzed separately. Serum liver tissue collected 7 age detection index. 16S rDNA sequencing Short-Chain Fatty Acids measurement cecum contents performed Overall, significantly reduced feed conversion ratio (FCR) 1–7 1–14 age, compared other 2 (P < 0.05). rRNA results showed that Roseburia coprobacillus had a positive correlation body weight lachnospira correlated FCR 0.05), absolute abundance g_Anaerostipes as biomarker in higher than C increased content acetic, propionic, butyric, total acid In jejunum, blood cholesterol (TC) day triglyceride (TG) 7- 14-day-old broilers raised TG, TC, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) level liver's low-density (LDL) conclusion, stage alters by especially butyric produced specific bacteria Anaerostipes.
