ABSTRACT
The modified rougan decoction (MRGD) compound formula has been proven a certain ability to relieve lipopolysaccharide-enrofloxacin (LPS-ENR)-induced liver oxidant injury in chickens. Recent advances have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction affects the development of many diseases, leading increased interest exploring its effects. Using LPS-ENR-injured vivo and vitro further evaluate effects MRGD on structure function, emphasized investigation molecular mechanism. After LPS-ENR treatment, levels inflammation apoptosis markers were increased, along with higher injury. Results showed reduced inflammatory factors expression inhibited nuclear translocation NF-κB P65, reducing response vitro. Additionally, pretreatment dysfunction, oxidative stress, pathway by maintaining function. Moreover, treatment inhibitor EX527 promoted biogenesis through SIRT1/PGC-1α interfered dynamics, activate Nrf2. In summary, played key role promoting function thus alleviating hepatocyte at least part.
