Educational program in onco-urology for young urologists: What are their needs?

ABSTRACT
The emergence of new communication media such as digital contents are progressively replacing more traditional medias in the field educational programs. Our purpose was to assess urologist training aspirations regarding urological education.Members a national association were sent an anonymous online questionnaire their medical formation urology. Responders interest for sub-specialty or education support (new tools and support) evaluated through 5-point Likert scale.Overall, 109 young urologists (26%) responded survey. Most respondents worked during academic hospital (n=89, 82%). three favorite chosen by responders were: videos, workshop masterclass, podcasts (responders very interested respectively n=64 (58.7%), n=50 (45.9%), n=49 (45%)). E-mail newsletters reported less useful tool participants (n=38, 34.9%). Participants improving surgical skills radiological knowledge. who most attracted PCa much looking improve systemic treatment knowledges.Urologic-oncology priority training. A majority expressed lack education, revealing reduced OR access underlining utilization simulation. New social podcast achieved high participants, instead media. There is need that content evolve uses media.3.
