Retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma (RPLMS) is rare and usually presents as a large abdominal mass with poor clinical symptoms. Radiological findings of an RPLMS arising in the pelvis woman resemble those adnexal tumors. Herein, we present case mimicking tumor which was differentiated from having ovarian origin right vein passing through but there no direct vascular connection tumor.
