ABSTRACT
Periodontitis is a highly prevalent oral disease characterized by irreversible bone resorption and tooth loss. The proliferation, migration osteogenic differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cell (PDLSC) are crucial to the regeneration defects. There increasing evidence that small extracellular vesicle (sEV) derived from pulp cell, including human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) dental (DPSC), potential mediator for tissue regeneration. However, which one more suitable formation still remains be studied. In this study, NTA BCA were performed compare productivity sEV SHED (SHED-sEV) DPSC (DPSC-sEV). CCK-8, transwell assay, alkaline phosphatase staining activity alizarin red staining, qRT-PCR, western blotting conducted detect migration, osteogenesis PDLSCs coculturing with SHED-sEV or DPSC-sEV. secretory efficiency was much higher than cellular uptake sEVs could promote DPLSCs. Compared DPSC-sEV, showed better ability in such promotion. induction Thus, may promising candidate
