ABSTRACT
To achieve low loss and efficient wheat harvest in the Huanghuaihai region of China, this paper designed a tangential longitudinal-axial threshing separating unit (TLTSU). Key components such as rotor (TTR), (LTR), concave were designed. Dynamic balance simulation rotors was done to obtain reaction forces at supporting ends amount unbalance, unbalance LTR corrected meet standard requirement. Response surface optimization experiments conducted using throughput, TTR speed, speed influencing factors entrainment rate impurity test indicators. The regression models for device's rates established. Through multi-objective parameter analysis, optimal combination TLTSU determined be throughput 8 kg s−1, 557 r·min−1, 900 r·min−1. A validation experiment on combination, results showed that 0.27 % 28.23 %. relative errors between evaluation indicators predicted values their 3.85 1.4 %, respectively, which less than 5 proved correctness model provided reference design combine harvester.
