ABSTRACT
We propose a novel configuration for nonvolatile and reconfigurable tuning of surface lattice resonances (SLRs) based on thin films phase-change material Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST). The is composed gold nanorod array embedded in GST film. Results show that, an extremely wide SLR wavelength range reaching 1600 nm, large figure merit 21, high quality factors 47 17 can be achieved the mid-infrared regime when transits from amorphous state into crystalline state. effects layer thicknesses performance are discussed, performances several modified configurations compared. expect this work will advance engineering materials promote its applications especially nanolasing narrowband filtering.
