ABSTRACT
When temperature and refractive index are measured in same spectrum, the measurement range of parameters is generally narrow due to bandwidth limitation. We proposed a sensor for simultaneous them wide wavelength this problem. The dual-channel structure based on photonic crystal fiber (PCF) with three air holes polished plane. silver film deposited plane responsible measurement, sodium polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) filled an hole measurement. According research findings, two kinds metal films work different wavebands, which increases sensing be measured. Numerical results show that when analyte 1.35 ∼ 1.41 10 60℃, maximum spectral sensitivity 8400 nm/RIU 10.2 nm/℃, respectively. performance not sensitive structural parameters. It makes easy manufacture. excellent performances detection make have good application prospect biochemical detection, environmental monitoring, medical sensing, other fields.
