ABSTRACT
In this study, we presented approximate analytical solutions to the N-dimensional Schrödinger equation with screened modified Kratzer plus inversely quadratic Yukawa potential (SMKIQYP) by adopting Nikiforov-Uvarov method and using Greene-Aldrich approximation scheme for inverse square term. The obtained energy eigenvalues were used investigate four diatomic molecules: Hydrogen (H2), Iodine (I2), Nitrogen monoxide (NO), Carbon (CO). numerical results of spectrum NO CO molecules based on some deduced potentials such as also determined. Then, partition function, calculated thermodynamic properties mean energy, specific heat, entropy, free aforementioned molecules. function H2, CO, I2 was computed various temperatures. show that three increased increasing temperature. To validate our results, a few recovered compared available in literature, observed are excellent agreement.
