ABSTRACT
In this paper, a novel spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SSPPs) waveguide based on I-shaped grooves has been presented in order to achieve extraordinary field enhancement of SPPs at deep subwavelength scale. These are basically the transformed version rectangular incorporated by conventional SPP waveguide, made up virtue lateral extension either ends these grooves. This approach which consists addressing shape transformation proves very fruitful accommodate higher capacitance and therefore leading ultrahigh confinement lowering resonance frequency. Compared with plasmonic T-shaped occupies highest than previously reported different shapes [Journal Applied Physics 122, 123301 (2017)], lower facilitates us ultra-strong low-loss feature. The proposed is more compact low cost structure exhibiting strong response for waveguide. As comparison, SPP-TL results have along newly Simulation show that highly confined can be generated embedding transmission line as compared TL Furthermore, parametric study its influence confinement. helpful developing various integrated circuits systems microwave frequencies.
