Acute onset systemic lupus erythematosus interstitial lung disease: A case report

A 40-year-old Japanese man was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus. Chest computed tomography showed patchy consolidation in both lungs. cryobiopsy and bronchoalveolar lavage organizing pneumonia, not acute pneumonia or diffuse alveolar hemorrhage. This case demonstrates the usefulness of for management erythematosus interstitial lung disease.
