ABSTRACT
Improvements of in vitro culture protocols are essential to increase productivity order ensure their practical application commercial laboratories. The aim the present work was evaluate influence light sources different wavelengths combination with natural ventilation atmosphere (NV) all steps micropropagation, from seed germination and protocorm development (SGS) plantlet growth (PGS), as well for ex acclimatization. Additionally, we compared use a temporary immersion bioreactor (Plantform™) NV PGS. We evaluated parameter effects on velocity protocorms, quality plantlets, accessing both morphological biochemical features, velamen formation, stomatal functionality, photosynthetic pigments microscopic features. For SGS, detrimental. W DR. LED lights accelerated development, while fluorescent increased fresh weight. PGS, responsible not only enhance weight root number, but also stimulated functionality stomata. pigment concentration sclerenchyma formation leaves. Plantform™ weight, number organs, leaves had thicker cuticles.
