ABSTRACT
A large body of evidence has established a tight relation between traumatic experiences (TEs) and psychotic-like (PLEs). Nevertheless, more comprehensive models involving multiple interactions serial or parallel mediations moderations still need to be elucidated. Among the many potential mediators moderators, insecure attachment resilience play key role in association stress with PLEs. Hence, we aim explore complex pathways that lead from different types TEs PLEs, modeled as moderators. One thousand ten high school students completed International Trauma Exposure Measure (ITEM), 11-item Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA-11), 16-item Prodromal Questionnaire (iPQ-16), Relationship (RQ). path analysis was conducted assess mediation moderation. The final model showed impact childhood on PLEs mediated by pathway through anxious-insecure styles (i.e., fearful preoccupied, respectively, 8.75 % 8.53 total effect) personal resources. Conversely, avoidant-insecure associated lower interpersonal (b = 0.14 [0.08, 0.20]), which turn moderated recent (interaction term b 0.34 [0.21, 0.47]).Our examines includes factors buffering effect Our results highlight importance insecure-anxious resources insecure-avoidant targets clinical practice.
