ABSTRACT
Around the world, COVID-19 pandemic quickly led to closure of educational institutions in hope reducing infections and fatalities due this disease. Distant education is becoming a policy priority, although teachers are neither experienced nor accustomed its use. The purpose study determine secondary school teachers' perceptions requirements distance during confinement. To our knowledge, none similar studies conducted area has approached issue Morocco. regarding education, we an analytical descriptive survey among May, June, July 2020.The chi-square test been used association between all variables. was considered significant when p-value < 0.05. calculation chi² (X²) performed using R software. grouping responses show that most have teaching remotely confinement Whatsapp. They confirmed useful way ensure pedagogical continuity break from classroom teaching, they also indicated preference for both face-to-face hybrid tutoring.Statistical analysis showed correlation subjects taught (X2= 67.4 with p = 0.01), low training follow-up period r 0.12. This national study, focused teachers, pertinent showen extent problems continuous teacher training, as well strategies not evaluated which do take into account actors, including teacher. data will be valuable can establish appropriate measures improving learning tools quality competencies actors.
