ABSTRACT
The ecosystem services approach has gained broad interest in regulatory and policy circles for use ecological risk assessment. Whilst identifying several challenges, scientific experts from European authorities, the chemical industry academia considered applicable to all sectors potentially contributing greater relevance setting assessing environmental protection goals compared current frameworks chemicals.
