ABSTRACT
Understanding the persistence of SARS-CoV-2 biomarkers in wastewater should guide wastewater-based epidemiology users selecting best RNA for reliable detection virus during current and future waves pandemic. In present study, endogenous were assessed one month six different pepper mild mottle (PMMoV) at three temperatures (4, 12 20 °C) sample. All consistently detected 6 days 4° differences signal among mostly observed °C with N being globally more persistent than RdRP, E ORF1ab ones. further decreased a temperature dependent manner. At °C, biomarker losses 1-log
